The New Indian Model School, Dubai, established on 1st May 1980 by Al Haj (Dr.) M.K. Kamaluddin, was founded to provide modern and affordable education to the Indian community. Inaugurated by H.E. Rashid Abdulla Thaha, it has grown to serve over 5,000 students. NIMS Dubai holds the distinction of sending the largest number of candidates to the Kerala SSLC and Higher Secondary Examinations in the Gulf. In 1993, it became the first school outside Kerala authorized to teach the Higher Secondary syllabus and host exams. With a consistent 100% pass rate and over 80% scoring distinction, the school is known for academic excellence. Rated GOOD by KHDA, it has earned ‘Outstanding’ in Students’ Personal and Social Development for several years.
